I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Arts, enjoying the central location and modern decor. The staff's friendliness stood out, although the dining options, particularly room service, could use improvement. While my room was clean and comfortable, I encountered a few issues with noise, and the breakfast could have been better in variety and freshness. Overall, I had a good experience but with room for enhancement. 😊

My room was well-maintained and had lovely contemporary decor, though I noticed that some areas could have been a bit dirtier, like the alarm clock. I also missed having a fridge for convenience.
Service

The front desk staff were consistently friendly and super helpful, which greatly enhanced my experience. However, my interactions with the dining staff at the pool were slow and could definitely be improved.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Calgary Tower and dining options like Vintage Chophouse. It made exploring the city really convenient!
Dining

While I appreciated the breakfast and the lovely restaurant, I found the options limited and not worth the price. The room service menu could definitely use more affordable and quality choices.
Facilities

The amenities like the pool were nice, but there were some shortcomings regarding cleanliness and noise disturbances from the air conditioning unit. It would also help if they had wheelchair-friendly options for rooms.

5.8/10

My stay at Hotel Arts was a mixed experience. While I enjoyed the location, close to downtown and lovely dining spots, and appreciated the friendly service from some staff, there were a few drawbacks. The pool was closed for maintenance unexpectedly, which disappointed me as that was a primary reason for my visit. The room was comfortable but had its quirks that could use improvement. Overall, I'd give it a solid experience but with suggestions for enhancements. 🌟🌆

The room was spacious with a great view from the balcony, but the bathroom felt dated and lacked some amenities like a mini fridge. The bed was very comfortable, which helped with a good night's sleep.

I didn't dine in the hotel but had drinks at the bar. The Old Fashioned was particularly nice. I did hear some feedback that dining options seemed a bit expensive.

Although I was excited about using the pool facilities, it was out of service, which was disappointing. The hotel had a gym on site, which was a plus.

I had a pretty nice stay at Hotel Arts, overall. The staff were friendly and attentive, and I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet with its great variety. However, the first night, the shower didn't work, but they fixed it quickly. The atmosphere by the pool was a bit too lively for my taste, but I loved how artistic the entire hotel felt.

I stayed in a luxury two-queen room with a balcony on the 11th floor. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the Calgary Tower. It came with a Keurig machine and was generally very comfortable. However, there wasn't a fridge or microwave, which I found a bit inconvenient.
Service

The front desk staff were fantastic and kept in touch with me throughout my stay. The service at Yellow Door Bistro was also quick and friendly. They seemed genuinely eager to help, though I did notice some staff appeared a bit rushed.
Location

Hotel Arts is located perfectly in the heart of Calgary, which provided easy access to downtown attractions. It's a bit pricey for parking, but the convenience is worth it.
Dining

Breakfast at Yellow Door Bistro was wonderful, with hot food and tasty options as well as smoothie shots to start the day. It's a nice touch that added to the experience.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel offers a range of facilities, including room service and valet parking. The very busy pool area did feel more like a boozy party spot than a relaxing retreat, which I didn't particularly enjoy.
