The staff were EXCELLENT. They provided quick service! The underground parking area felt secure AND maintained a high standard of cleanliness. I enjoyed the balcony and the fresh air it provided. I found the free bike rental to be a great amenity.
I noticed some peeling finish on the headboard. It could use some attention.

friendly staff great location little soundproofing noisy air conditioning
The staff was friendly, i really appreciated their help! the location was great. It was easy to walk to many places. i also found several delicious restaurants nearby.
the windows offered little soundproofing, especially with the demolition work going on! the air conditioning was noisy, it made it hard to sleep.

I noticed clean rooms and friendly staff. The location worked perfectly for accessing attractions. I found underground parking very useful during the cold weather!

comfortable room pool breakfast dusty room rude housekeeper
The breakfast by the pool was amazing. The staff worked well under pressure, despite some absences. I didn't notice any difference in service. The rooms were large and comfortable.
The rooms were dusty and not perfectly clean. The housekeeper was also rude when I requested fresh towels. I had to bring the dirty ones to her myself, it seemed.
